I had always been thinking to make
Mozzarella cheese by myself and
not buy the market one.
warm milk, not to high heat.
Then add some vinegar in it and this
way cheese clumps will start to form.
Separating whey from cheese.
Then in other bowl strain out the whey
from mozzarella cheese.
During this time you can add flavor by
adding salt to make Cheese.
Finally just a check, microwave Hi for 1.5 mins.
And mozzarella cheese is ready, store the
remaining in refrigerator.
Around 100 grams of mozzarella cheese will
be made out of 1 litre milk. 👍
