Stirfried garlic parsley prawns.

So had this amazing Stirfried  prawn dish,  surely I'll rate it 9.6*/10*. Additions were: 1. Garlic cloves 2. Thinly sliced onions 3. Parsley  4. Lemon juice Overall a excellent dish. 💕👍

Homemade mozzarella cheese.

I had always been thinking to make Mozzarella cheese by myself and not buy the market one. So had put 1 ltr milk to heat a bit so that you can put your fingers in warm milk, not to high heat. Then add some vinegar in it and this way cheese clumps will start to form. Separating whey from cheese. Then in other bowl strain out the whey from mozzarella cheese. During this time you can add flavor by adding salt to make Cheese. Finally just a check, microwave Hi for 1.5 mins. And mozzarella cheese is ready, store the remaining in refrigerator. Around 100 grams of mozzarella cheese will be made out of 1 litre milk. 👍

Domino's paneer makhni pizza and Mexican green wave pizza

So had this Paneer makhni pizza today. And surprisingly taste was not that much like expected, but not bad either. It was okay and not highly flavorsome. I am giving it 8.5*/10*. For Mexican green wave I'll give 8*/10*. Basic ingredients toppings were: 1. Cottage cheese 2. Cream 3. Spices ,etc. Basic ingredients in Mexican green wave pizza are: 1. Jalapeno 2. Red paprika 2. Olives , etc.

I really liked this because of the spiciness it had a long with other flavors. It had 1. Capsicum 2. Cottage cheese 3. Tomato 4. Onion As main 4 core ingredients. Along with other spices. Will give it 9*/10*.

Cheese tomato and Shahi paneer.

So had these two dishes with flat Indian bread. Cheese tomato; CT I'll rate it as 4*/10*. And Shahi paneer; as 5*/10*.
