This is sev puri had made this at home you can see the ingredients added. Apart from the normal indian key spices it was aded  with: 1. Peamuts 2. Cilantro 3. Sweet and sour sauce. I'll give it 7*/10*

So had this amazing Stirfried  prawn dish,  surely I'll rate it 9.6*/10*. Additions were: 1. Garlic cloves 2. Thinly sliced onions 3. Parsley  4. Lemon juice Overall a excellent dish. 💕👍

I had always been thinking to make Mozzarella cheese by myself and not buy the market one. So had put 1 ltr milk to heat a bit so that you can put your fingers in warm milk, not to high heat. Then add some vinegar in it and this way cheese clumps will start to form. Separating whey from cheese. Then in other bowl strain out the whey from mozzarella cheese. During this time you can add flavor by adding salt to make Cheese. Finally just a check, microwave Hi for 1.5 mins. And mozzarella cheese is ready, store the remaining in refrigerator. Around 100 grams of mozzarella cheese will be made out of 1 litre milk. 👍

So had this Paneer makhni pizza today. And surprisingly taste was not that much like expected, but not bad either. It was okay and not highly flavorsome. I am giving it 8.5*/10*. For Mexican green wave I'll give 8*/10*. Basic ingredients toppings were: 1. Cottage cheese 2. Cream 3. Spices ,etc. Basic ingredients in Mexican green wave pizza are: 1. Jalapeno 2. Red paprika 2. Olives , etc.

I really liked this because of the spiciness it had a long with other flavors. It had 1. Capsicum 2. Cottage cheese 3. Tomato 4. Onion As main 4 core ingredients. Along with other spices. Will give it 9*/10*.

So had these two dishes with flat Indian bread. Cheese tomato; CT I'll rate it as 4*/10*. And Shahi paneer; as 5*/10*.

So had this yummy spicy Chicken burger with voke and French fries. I'll rate this again after few days and I'll give it, 8*/10*. The crunch of the patty was really amazing. 

Posting this new blog article after a while. So had this amazing pizza today, to name it's chicken capsicum pizza. Will give it 9*/10*.😋

This was really a good pizza. I'll rate it 9.2*/10*.

This pizza was not at all good or worth to be called as pizza.  I will surely never recommend this to anyone.  This is so called pizza by PizzaHub.  So clearly giving 2*/10*.

Another delicious food I had in my home, it was fried rice with shredded chicken and curry leaves. And was all good though the chicken tasted bland. But I could added some soya sauce and msg to make it flavourful. I'll rate it 8*/10*.

Had this awesome chicken soup again as it's so easy to make at home. 😊 So my rating will always be 9.5/10,  for this.  If it always happens this way. 👍

This was my first time that i made this thin Chicken soup and it tasted yummy with bits of chicken pieces and slight seasoning of black pepper and salt, many times better than those processed chicken soup packets. I will rate my new Chicken soup  as 9/10.

I had eaten these sausages; chicken sausages for the first time. And they tasted awesome really nice. Moreover when added with crispy onions and capsicum. I 'll rate this food not less that 9*/10.

This veg. burger was made at home, fast and easy to make. Just add potato patty, tomato slice, mayo spread, cucumber also spread of tomato ketchup. Will rate it 9*/10*.

This was a quick food and tasted awesome,  with just addition of mayo the whole wrap taste went to next level Not 10*/10* but definitely 8.5*/10* I'll rate. 

Always the Subway sandwiches just just steal the game with it's so tasty sandwiches. This time it was Corn and peas, Chicken slice sandwich. But this time the subway store didn't have lettuce.
